Madison Surprise Proposal at Olbrich Botanical Gardens

It was one of those beautiful summer afternoons when Olbrich Botanical Gardens feels especially alive. The gardens were full of visitors, flowers were in peak bloom, and tucked among it all, both of their families gathered quietly to witness a surprise proposal filled with excitement, happy tears, and so much love.

We were able to choose a location that felt both beautiful and private, even on a busy summer afternoon. From bridges and peaceful water features to colorful gardens and a wide variety trees along winding paths, Olbrich offers an incredible variety of scenery without ever feeling rushed.

After she said yes, we spent some time wandering through Olbrich Botanical Gardens for portraits. The variety of scenery made it easy to create a gallery that felt relaxed, natural, and full of genuine moments.
